The manufacturing of Tiekuanyin black tea/TBRS
The summer and autumn fresh tea leaves of Small-leaf variety, Tiekuanyin, are used as raw material in this technique. The fresh tea leaves are plunked according to the maturity we established before. Then, the fresh tea leaves are made with modern oolong tea making procedure. The newly made black tea is tightly-shaped with much pekoe in their appearance and tasted with strong relish.
