Brown root rot diagnosis by PCR method/TFRI

PCR becomes a common diagnosis method recently due to high sensitivity and specificity properties. This technology is using PCR method for brown root rot diagnosis. Including sampling process, DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and gel electrophoresis, the SOP of brown root rot PCR diagnosis method is provided for technique authorization. Without the pathogen purification process, this method gives a fast and accurate way for brown root rot monitoring in the early stage.
