Innovation for the production of potato virus-free plantlets by tissue culture/Tainan DARES
Mass propagation of virus-free potato plantlets by tissue culture techniques were developed. After acculimation, the plantlets were planted in greenhouse to produce elite I. The virus-free potato seedlings will be the key point for enhancing potato property by the controlling of diseases and increasing production in Taiwan.
