Chinese kale "Taichung No.1"/Taichung DARES
‘Taichung No. 1’ is an open pollinated variety with white flower and mainly used for its flower stalk. The flower inflorescence diameter is 21.6 cm and 310.4 gram in weight while the optimal harvested time. It can be harvested 57-58 days after transplanting. Its flavor is sweet and fine with high quality. The variety was granted by COA in 2011.
