Hybrid Combinations of 'Taichung Cross No.2'/Taichung DARES

The cabbage of ‘Taichung cross No. 2’ is hybrid combination that has heat tolerance in the summer period and large diameter with upright ball-type ,small inner stem, none tip burn, short growth period about 57 to 60 days from plant to harvest. The head ball weight is more 20% than commercial summer varieties. The quality of head ball is better than the other heat-resistant varieties. This new hybrid combination could enhance the quality and yield of cabbage in the summer period .
