Mass production technology of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, Claroideoglomus etunicatum/TARI
The content of this technology transfer is mainly applied to the cultivation of special fungi that are symbiotic with plant roots. It also proposes solutions to the many quality control problems faced in mass production of such fungi. Mass production technology includes the purification, propagation and commercial mass production of symbiotic fungal species; quality control technology includes how to avoid contamination by other microorganisms and increase the sporulation rate.
